Yoga and Pilates Class Schedule




Sessions are $72 for 6 weeks, or $15 if you would like to drop in for one session to see if a class is right for you. We strongly encourage preregistration. Classes are small and are filling up fast. If you have a specific health condition that may limit you in activity, please let us know before the class. Poses and activities can be modified according to your abilities.

Pilates with Cheryl Hurley
New Wednesday Classes Starting 6/11/08 6:30 - 7:30pm
Saturday Mornings
9:00 - 10:00 am

Start your weekend out right. Energize with our one hour Pilates class every Saturday morning.
This is a mat class designed to strengthen, tone, and stabilize the core muscles. We will also place emphasis on lengthening muscles, creating long, lean lines, while focusing on breath and stabilization. Exercise options are given making this class suitable for all levels of fitness.

Beginner Yoga with Marla Pelletier
Monday Evenings 5:30 - 6:45 pm
New Session begins 6/23/08
Hatha Yoga 5:30 - 6:45 pm - We will work on our balance through standing postures, lengthen muscles, strengthen the lower back and create a stable base of knowledge from which to procede into more advanced postures. Learn about the importance of breath in your everyday life as well! We will end with a guided relaxation.


Stress Release Yoga with Sarah Lamb
Monday 4:00 - 5:15 pm
Thursday 7:00 - 8:15 pm
Saturday 1:00 - 2:15

Come and experience the union of yoga. Sarah will take you through gentle Hatha Yoga postures and Pranayama breathing exercises. Allow the ancient practice of yoga to deepen your ability to be present in the moment, deepening your connection with the everyday world. Each class will end with 20 minutes of dep relaxation in the form of a guided meditation or restorative yoga postures. This class is designed to let you unwind and let the power of relaxation heal your body, mind and spirit. Give yourself the gift of letting go, and experience the physical, mental and spiritual benefits in just one session! You may bring your own mat, blanket and small pillow to class. New students are always welcome!
